If it was possible I would give this company 10 stars.Both Greg and Carlos were exceptionally professional in a helpful , informative and understanding manner.My phone was frozen and potentially hacked. Carlos was able to “ unfreeze” my phone while also giving me valuable advice and recommendations to secure my phone.A very stressful situation was eliminated due to the kindness and expertise of Greg and Carlos.Thank you - I will always remain appreciative.

My late husband, Janos was an artist. I hired a local web design firm Communicasting to update his website. Much of the documentation of the artwork was stored on CDs. My CD reader no longer worked on my older Macs. It was time to upgrade my Macs. The designer recommended ACS to take me thru that process.ACS Technician, Carlos Mejia upgraded my Mac Book and iMac. But many of the CDs which seemed to be corrupted. Highly recommend Affordable Computer Solutions. They are incredibly helpful, professional and friendly. They helped me find a low cost solution to my PC issue.Carlos did a fantastic job doing the work and taking a lot of time explaining what was done and how to best use the system.
