My laptop crashed, so looking for a place to have it repaired, I found Business Computer Resources. They had a 5 star rating on the internet so I decided to take it there. I'm so glad I did because they were able to fix it in a matter of days at a reasonable price. Alma was great and Dana performed a miracle in getting me up and running. I recommend them highly.

I am very pleased having found Business Computer Resources Inc. on the internet. They were able to service and repair my (beloved) old HP Laserjet 4100. The tech was very personable and knowledgeable and took time to throughly answer all my questions. I also had a very nice interaction with one of the owners and was regularly keep abreast of how parts and repairs were coming along... which didn't take long at all!Thank you Business Computer Resources Inc. for a good experience.AND I highly recommend this company to anyone needing their services.

I have been using Business Computer Resources for over two years. I am not computer literate. They have helped me with my 10-year-old computer to keep it working. However, it finally quit working. Alma helped me chose a computer for my needs. Business Computer Resorces transferred my files and downloaded the programs that I would need. They gave me a lesson on where to find my files and how to use Window 11. I got to my office and was able to get to work. Thank you, Alma, John, and Dana. You are the best.
