“I cannot express my gratitude to Jeff enough. My beloved dog of 10 years passed away recently. She had a seizure in my arms and died in my lap as I was rushing to the ER vet. I was grieving intensely afterward, and I remembered that I stored several gigabytes of pictures and videos of her on a backup hard drive. Unfortunately, I was getting errors and couldn't copy any of the files when I tried to retrieve them, which meant that the hard drive was failing. I gave the drive to Jeff, and he miraculously recovered hundreds of videos and photos, most of which I forgot that I had taken. Because of Jeff's diligence and expertise, I was able to connect with my dog and hear her voice again. This is something that is worth a lot more than money”

“Mike and Noah were terrific. Mike took my call, had a pretty good idea of what my laptop issue was and was able to see me as soon as I could get there. Upon arrival Noah confirmed Mike's suspicions with analytic software, explained everything to me including the fix (replacing the original floppy drive with the latest technology solid state drive). They ordered the part for overnight delivery and Noah had my laptop purring like a kitten by 8:30 am the next day. My 8 yr old laptop runs faster and better than when it was new. I recommend highly.”
“Fixed computer for the continuing problem of upgrades knocking out my drivers for Bluetooth. Couldn't get help from Dell without buying another fairly useless service agreement, as previously they would just give me a Band-Aid fix, never addressing the real problem. Larry fixed it and threw in better malware protection on top of it.Thanks”
