“Outstanding service. We moved to a new home and had a very old Boiler and Michael helped to install new Boiler and Heater. He is very professional, through and fixed the Heater and Boiler quickly. He also helped to install gas stove in Kitchen. He made sure we have all our appliances ready for our move in on time.We had a very old shower which was not kid friendly Michael tried to understand our exact needs and installed a shower and hand shower which really helped my kid to bathe easily. He is really a very good listener and tries to understands the customer needs. He also buys the appliances needed and brings to home by himself which really saved lot of my time.Michael is great and awesome. “I called Degree H&C for a weekend emergency. The initial gentleman I talked to on the phone was very professional and organized in his triage of my issue. I then received an immediate follow-up call within 15 mins from a local technician who was at my house within an hour. He worked tirelessly on my boiler with a very obvious desire to identify the true underlying problem rather than quickly patch the issue with a temporary solution. He identified a few possible sources for our issue and fixed them on site in 2-3 hours. He returned the next day to ensure it was working as it should without charging an additional second visit fee.Overall, I was very impressed with the service, professionalism, and communication from the company as whole but was especially thankful for our technician Toby for his dedication and expertise. Would absolutely recommend their services!“

“Awesome job, amazed at how dirty my ducts were, thought they might be since the house was built in the 1940's, and after opening the vents we could see that the older ducts were probably never, ever cleaned (see (1) & (2) pictures). My technician was very knowledgeable and explained everything as he went along. I like to know how things work, so I was his shadow following along, asking questions, snapping pictures....and he was more than helpful and welcomed my questions and presence. He was at my house for almost 3 hours. I so recommend Better Air, it's so worth the money and investment for your home.“

“I had Tom install two new gas furnaces in our home in late 2019... he had it done during Thanksgiving week, even cutting his vacation short to make sure we were all set because of a complication, making sure we had heat. Since then I have reached out with other issues and he has 100% responded and taken care of things, absolutely no charge. He GENUINELY cares about his customers!!! Today, on a Saturday, I texted him about one of our furnaces not working-- he called me immediately and even though he was out of town on holiday he walked me through some potential fixes and sure enough had me up and running within the hour. He is personable, efficient, caring, and responsive-- everything you could want in a contractor. Do not hesitate to hire this professional!“

“Paul and his team replaced an old gas furnace/system with a new one of my choice. They updated all related parts up to code, the whole system looks and works great! From the initial call and subsequent site visits, everyone at the company made this whole process stress free by being so responsive and professional. We did have an issue a week or so later as the furnace stopped working, they sent a technician out here immediately, very late on a fri afternoon, it appeared a part was defective so the tech and an office employee worked as a team to find and get the part asap, 90 mins later we were back in business. I have had the furnace for 2 months now and its been great!“

“We had Charter Oak Mechanical install a Mitsubishi mini split A/C heat pump last summer and was very impressed with their work. So when are 30 year old nature gas boiler needed to be replaced this January we chose Charter Oak Mechanical. The did the replacement during two very cold days without having the heat off overnight. They take pride in their work and are very good at what they do. We are very happy with the new boiler and how they set up the heating system.“

“We use Fusco for our regular fill ups (they’ve always been great) but just had to call for an emergency fill on a Sunday. Customer service was great and the driver, José, was extremely kind and accommodating!! They saved us big time and will continue to give them our business. ????“
