“I gotta tell you about this amazing company. I ran out of heating oil and got a delivery from my usual place; however, I couldn't get the boiler to restart. I called Fusco and got Chelsea on the phone, who started helping me troubleshoot so I could get it restarted myself. Mind you, I'm not a customer, but she gave me some instructions and told me to call back her back if I needed more help. Well I needed more help. I called her back and I could hear her speaking to someone else trying to figure out the issue. I decided that I wanted to have one of their technicians come out and take a look...it's not that warm out yet that I wanted to wait. Chelsea had someone at my house about an hour later! I hadn't had the boiler serviced in years so it needed maintenance. Alex came in as polite and nice as can be, got to work, and about another hour later, everything was fixed and running smoothly. I'm blown away with the customer service at Fusco! New customer right here!“

“I’m writing this review 10 months after we had Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning install Mitsubishi Electric HVAC units in our split-level home in South Windsor, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.

Last July (2025), we were tired of dealing with window units and wanted a more comfortable, long-term solution for cooling our home. Looking back, investing in this system and choosing Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning was absolutely the right decision.

From mounting the outdoor unit on our house siding to completing the attic installation and replacing the attic fan, every part of the job was done with incredible care and attention to detail. We’re especially glad we added the heat pump, since it allowed us to take the chill out of the house during the early spring months without needing to turn on the furnace.

Mike and his entire team were professional, courteous, and thorough throughout the entire process. They cleaned up at the end of each day, clearly explained the work they were doing, and made sure everything was completed the right way. We had five ceiling vents installed and our attic fan replaced with a return vent, which required cutting into the ceilings, and they did an excellent job. Everything looks great, and we’ve had zero issues.

I would highly recommend Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning to anyone looking to upgrade the HVAC system in their home.“

“On a Friday night at around 10pm I discovered no hot water or heat in my house and it was 0° outside. I also have a 3-week old newborn in the house so it was a dire situation.

I called 7 companies before finally reaching Joel on Saturday afternoon. He wasn’t able to send a technician to my house but was kind enough to personally walk me through some troubleshooting.

We discovered the air intake for my combi boiler was covered in ice outside my home. Joel was kind enough to work with me given my situation despite the fact he wasn’t at my home.

“Recently Technician "Matt" came to my property to troubleshoot a split system A/C that was not working to cool. He quickly and professionally diagnosed the system, performed some tests to ensure coolant lines were not leaking, purged the system. He found the leak, replaced the fitting and valve, recharged the system and replaced a faulty capacitor. In short order the A/C was working as designed. The first time Omni came to our home was to service our furnace.. prior to their visit three other HVAC companies came over and we didn’t receive the results we needed. No one could figure out why we were not receiving air conditioning air flow on the second floor.. they fixed the problem instead of telling us to buy a new furnace. All it needed was a new fan/motor.. they are honest and trustworthy.
The second visit was for our hot water heater which was not producing hot water.. once again they did not try to sell us a new hot water heater.. it simply needed to be serviced for the season.

“James and Nick have been doing work on our home to upgrade our electrical system. They came to our home on time to first discuss what projects we needed. Their input was very helpful in assisting to determine what types and spacing of ceiling fixtures would work best. We also plan to convert from propane to electric for cooking and hot water which will require upgrading the electrical capacity. James provided a clear to understand explanation and rational for each step of this project and answered our questions. We soon received a detailed proposal for each project that was fairly priced. First step, was to upgrade the electrical system. This was scheduled to be done in a timely manner. James and Nick were prompt, friendly, and professional. Their truck had the necessary parts. One additional part was needed and it was delivered from the warehouse promptly. We are very pleased to be working with a company that provides the services of highly competent and professional tradesmen.
