Extremely responsive to heating emergencies. Knowledgeable and experienced technicians have continued to support our needs, putting the customers first. I highly recommend their services.I just wanted to provide an update. We are now years in the future and they are still our go to. They are transparent and responsive. We have an old residential boiler system and had some difficulty finding somebody who was comfortable working on the system. After calling around we settled on Precision Mechanical.I liked the automated notification the company sent prior to the appointment with a picture of the service technician. Greg serviced our system and was extremely friendly. He explained everything he was doing as he worked which left me with a better working knowledge of my home heating system.
