I had Tom install two new gas furnaces in our home in late 2019... he had it done during Thanksgiving week, even cutting his vacation short to make sure we were all set because of a complication, making sure we had heat. Since then I have reached out with other issues and he has 100% responded and taken care of things, absolutely no charge. He GENUINELY cares about his customers!!! Today, on a Saturday, I texted him about one of our furnaces not working-- he called me immediately and even though he was out of town on holiday he walked me through some potential fixes and sure enough had me up and running within the hour.
