Second time I have used Nutmeg and have been thrilled with the outcome. They fixed the older (2003?) of my two AC systems - clogged drain and new thermostat, each time for a few hundred dollars. Years ago, I was quoted 10k by another well known company to update the system; I declined. The newer system (2010) was “fixed” a year ago by another HVAC company for $17,000; a second quote for that system was at $22,000. I went with the $17k quote. Obviously I wish I had used Nutmeg all along…
We had a new humidifier installed on our furnace. Great experience throughout. The sales person, Leo, was great to work with setting up the job. The service techs doing the install were great. Everyone was very professional and courteous throughout. We have been using Nutmeg for many years now, never disappointed. I'd highly recommend them for heating and cooling needs.
Nutmeg Mechanical Services replaced our aging boiler this week and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The quoted price was fair, clearly outlined and within our budget. The crew arrived promptly on time and performed professionally and courteously, and communicated with us regularly every step of the way. The job was finished on schedule. Everything was cleaned up to our complete satisfaction, and we were guided through the working of our new system at the conclusion of the installation.
