“I gotta tell you about this amazing company. I ran out of heating oil and got a delivery from my usual place; however, I couldn't get the boiler to restart. I called Fusco and got Chelsea on the phone, who started helping me troubleshoot so I could get it restarted myself. Mind you, I'm not a customer, but she gave me some instructions and told me to call back her back if I needed more help. Well I needed more help. I called her back and I could hear her speaking to someone else trying to figure out the issue. I decided that I wanted to have one of their technicians come out and take a look...it's not that warm out yet that I wanted to wait. Chelsea had someone at my house about an hour later! I hadn't had the boiler serviced in years so it needed maintenance. Alex came in as polite and nice as can be, got to work, and about another hour later, everything was fixed and running smoothly.
