Your service man, Joe, was excellent,Friendly and very knowledgeable.He was the first in 32years that showed me what the filter system was performing and explained what an upgrade could accomplish.Thank you Taylor Energy and please send Joe to my home in the future.

I called Taylor Energy in a panic at around 6 pm on a Wednesday because a part on my oil furnace was leaking. By 7:30 pm it was fixed! The owner Catherine actually did a video call via FaceTime so I could show her the problem. The technician, I think his name was Eric, did a great job and explained to me what the problem was. I plan on using them again in the future!

We bought a new house that had furnace issues from a previous local big name company messing up a service. Taylor came out 7:00 at night, immediately fixed the other companies mistake, then came in lower on replacing the system, as well as talking us out of a few more expensive options we didn't really need. Not many companies would do that! Great service from a local company.
