Our furnace stopped working on the coldest day in years! Long story short, technician came out within half an hour at night and got us working again quickly. Been a customer 35 years and never had a complaint.

Gotten fuel is amazing. They have incredible customer service and remarkable response time. If you need something in an emergency, they have someone on call. Their fuel is bio heat so it burns cleaner and leaves less "ick" in your tank.Really an amazing place to do business with.

Had an emergency hot water issue and within an hour the on-call technician had it fixed. He found some issues with our furnace and showed us the problem areas, explained what was happening and what to expect as time goes on like a regular person, not getting too technical or talking down to us like we’re clueless.
