Jacob did a good job cleaning my boiler. He was pleasant and very knowledgeable. Left the place as clean as when he arrived.
Last night I lost water. This morning, Jake and Will were here first thing to diagnose and fix the problem and more! They replaced the well tank, valves and replaced/moved the water filter to a location that will make it far easier to change!! He had mentioned that it was possible to move it when he was last here, but it was working so I waited. I love the way he mentions things that can be done in the future so you have a heads up but does not pressure you. Now that it broke and he was replacing pipe anyway, it was a perfect time to follow up on his suggestion.
