“I went to Gaylord after getting COVID 19 and had Guillian-Barre Syndrome. I was unable to use both arms and both legs. After rehabilitation there I gained the use of both arms and my left leg and partial use of my right leg. I am going back as an outpatient for therapy and my right leg is almost back to normal. I couldn't have gotten better care anywhere else. Gaylord employees are the best in the business. I recommend Gaylord to everyone.“

22 Masonic Ave, Wallingford“My mother had a massive stroke which resulted in living at Masonicare for a little over eleven years. My father and I visited my mother faithfully every day. I have seen a lot during those eleven years. Long Term Care was a real challenge after COVID when people decided they rather stay home then come back to work. Turnover was high and employees were stretched thin. And It didn't matter to me that the rooms are small and outdated or other things like that. The most important thing was that my mother was always happy there, she adapted very well to living in a nursing home when that was clearly not how she wanted to spend the rest of her life. She loved the staff and they loved her. That's what matters. I want to thank all of the employees who really went above and beyond up until my mother passed away to join my father two weeks after he passed. I am especially grateful for Keisha from the cafeteria on Ramage four who always did a little dance for my mother when she could have just passed by her room, Alan, Ryan, and Jason who always made my mother smile and helped when she was frustrated, CC who always helped me when my mother was frustrated, and most of all Jane who was my Masonicare Angel the whole time my mother was there, who helped me with all of my concerns and gripes every time I needed help. I want to thank of of you who came to see my mother when she was in hospice. It really touched me that you cared so much to come and say goodbye. The most important thing to me was my mother's happiness. And these employees made her very happy. God Bless all of you and all Masonicare employees who are genuine, caring, and compassionate. Thank you so much for making my mother's not so golden years much better.“

300 Kensington Ave, New Britain“I came into the sleep clinic to schedule a sleep test and see if I had sleep apnea and would a c-pap machine. The staff were very friendly and professional. The doctor greeted me warmly and asked me some simple questions and gave a quick examination. Then a couple of weeks later I was given a c-pap machine so I could do my sleep test at home which was greatly appreciated because I could sleep more comfortably at home.“

“Dont. The only reason I went here is because my Doctor of 30 plus years went there. Now that my Doctor is retiring in 3 days. It seems like no one else in the practice. Even remotely cares about taking on his patients helping his patients or even doing what's right by his patients. They were supposed to send a referral over to Nero and ortho over a month ago. For me that I've been sitting here in pain. After being patient for what I figure was about long enough at the one month. Mark I called in to the neurologist in ortho today seems as though they not only never sent the referral, they never sent the clinical notes when I called back to have them resent, they again didn't send the clinical notes. tomorrow is my last appointment with my Doctor who I will never see again.And I have been told that none of the other doctors are taking on his patients, but that there'll be occasional rotating physicians to pop in somebody at my age, with several chronic conditions and issues that my Doctor has been helping me.Manage is basically left out in the cold by prohealth.Physicians, you guys have made very clear how appreciated I am or as should say I'm not as patient at this point. I was also never notified by prohealth that he was retiring until my last visit when HE told me he was leaving on Nov 1.“
