Not happy with the lack of follow up care- esp asking for phone call follow ups because I have questions as a patient only to be given mychart messages only. 3 stars because I am a long-term patient and this is my first time being ignored like this.

At my local office, Hamden, i was unable to schedule a requested blood test. The phelbotomist,(everyone is entitled to sick days) called out. So, I resheduled the procedure at Cheshire. I was welcomed by a very friendly receptionist, who took down the necessary information. The Cheshire phelbotomist was courteous and very efficient! I am not bruised! AND I LOVED HER!
Overall, I had a grate office experience.
