I was always pleased with Dr. Wang. He always gave me the utmost attention and concern.
I was then passed along to Ms Shen after several years to meet her, she was polite.
After several visits with her, I found she would regularly just dismiss me, when I brought up some dysautonomia issues, with profound exhaustion and near syncope. I told her my standing resting pulse jumps from 80 to over 140. She laughed and said, “Then just don’t take it.” Then proceeded to just say make sure you have your lab done today. No customer service. Unable to get any billing questions answered here and instead giving a phone number to another officer where they also give me another phone number that no one answers. No sure what's going on here with getting help.
There are many many things they can improve on but for today I want to say there is no longer a physician on call. I would not have had to need a physician on-call if the receptionist would have contacted the proper person to write my prescription when I called them at 11 AM 1 PM and 3:30 PM. I get a phone call from a Sierra stating that I need to see the urgent care that there are no doctors on call. So then they call me back from the urgent care company and tell me they do not accept my insurance so I say well how much if I self-pay they say no you cannot self-pay if you have insurance. this left me having to call my neurologist to write the prescription until Monday. Very embarrassing but at least they had an on-call service unlike. I will be finding a new primary care physician that has nothing to do with starling. This is not the first problem I've had with them with my old APRN . It was a nightmare.
