The reception staff and eye tech professional were each very personable, professional, and prompt. Dr. Block, as always, is competent and skilled. I was in-and-out of my annual eye examination in 1 hour and ready for seeing my own clients.
My experience at ReFocus Eye Health in Meriden, CT was an amazing one beginning with their front desk providing me guidance, while I was falling behind for my appointment due to my car and cell phone GPS problem. They were very professional, caring and extremely helpful. All the staff were very caring friendly and willing to help assist. Dr. Block demonstrated an excellent degree in knowledge and during the amazing exam, evaluation and he explained every question I had rexplanation he projected an amazing wisdom and care for what he do. Team is professional, respectful, kind, and accommodating for my Mom who is handicapped. Was so pleased and relieved to have both our surgeries and followup performed by Dr. Block. Thank you to a great team!
