There was a mixup at my doctors office here in the Town Of Suffield. I couldn’t be seen today after making the appointment. Therefore, I called Dr. block‘s office and they asked if I wanted to come to Meriden, which is quite a drive from Suffield but I know that it was very important to have my eyes checked day after surgery so I took the appointment. The staff was very friendly very helpful. The lady booking in my appointment over the phone was extremely helpful. I saw a Dr C. Had a checkup following cataract surgery. This was after two months with both eyes done. The office staff and Dr. Block were thorough and professional. Excellent office and doctor.
I just had cataract surgery yesterday and it was a tremendous success! This visit was for the immediate follow-up visit one day after and I also received a call personally from Dr. Block last night to see how I was doing. I can’t say enough good things about this practice! From the talented surgeons and doctors to the kind, efficient, knowledgeable staff.
