The staff at AFC Southington are among the best that I've ever dealt with in a medical facility of any kind. I prefer them over my own PCP office. Lately, there's so many doctors retiring and unfortunately the ball gets dropped. No fault of the office staff. There's just too much chaos. They are compassionate and educated . All the providers are really good as well as the administrative and office staff. I would recommend them 110% ☺
Absolute lifesavers! We walked in just 10 minutes before closing, and the entire team was incredibly welcoming and professional. From Starr at the front desk to the fantastic nurse who handled the intake assessment, the customer service was top-tier. Our provider, Theresa Howard, was absolutely amazing. I needed to get school physicals done for my kids, and they handled everything flawlessly. The school had been giving us a very hard time previously, and our original provider proved to be utterly incompetent, but the forms filled out by this clinic were accepted without a single issue. I cannot thank this team enough for turning a stressful situation into a breeze!
Theresa is a wonderful Dr and the nurse along with the receptionist are just a fine oiled machine for sick and damaged folks like me lol , but on a serious note the staff that I had the chance to be taken care of multiple times were very professional and very kind, after Covid I trusted very few but the trust gets earned with professionals like them , thank you for helping me get better !
