Inconsistent communication. My provider left and I was told I'd get a letter about the transition, then nothing came. Then I asked for a refill and was told I'd need a new provider, so I called in and they said mine would still see me. A few months later, I was told again I would need to find someone else. It's this type of instability and inconsistent communication that should give someone pause before becoming a patient.

I had a really positive experience at Starling Physicians. I was taken in to my appointment right on time. Everyone I came in contact with was friendly, helpful, and made me feel comfortable from the time I checked in until I left. My OB/GYN was professional, kind, and easy to talk to. She took the time to listen to my concerns, answered my questions, and never made me feel rushed. I left feeling like I was in good hands, which means a lot. I’m very happy with the care I received and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this practice to others. I wouldn’t go anywhere else and I’ve been a patient for many years!
