About Starling Physicians New Britain

Starling Physicians New Britain offers a sleep clinic and primary care services. The staff are described as friendly and professional, with the doctor providing a thorough examination. Patients appreciate the option to do a sleep test at home using a c-pap machine. However, some reviews note issues with the office and billing staff being disorganized, leading to frustrating experiences with scheduling, paperwork, and billing. Overall, the medical care seems satisfactory, but the administrative side could use improvement.

My husband and I have had better care here as far as radiology goes and finding a provider that is in network with our military insurance. *Most* of the staff are quite lovely. The radiology guy could learn a Thing or two about bed side manners, I’m sure he has long work days and deals with a range of people, but it’s no excuse. He was great with my 12 year old daughter though for her first MRI so I appreciate that, as she was nervous. But he’s not so great towards adults 😆

We contacted the management about this and they responded by banning from the facility. A couple months later my son had his first seizure. This could...read full review

Edit: Thank you for your note in MyChart. As requested, I am attaching previous imaging reports that show a pineal cyst. One from UConn and one from Charlotte Hungerford. I do not trust any radiology report that comes from St. Francis as I have had serious issues with Dr. Zia Rahman and Dr. Michael Grey there. I am also attaching a photo from the scan that you read that shows hyperintensity in the upper right of the two photos, at the forehead and it is painful there. As is my maxilla directly below it. Would you please tell me what that is? Also, I have diabetes insipidus. What are the neuroradiologic manifestations of Erdheim-Chester disease?
