“I can't say enough good things about The Field of Plumbing & Heating. We had a sudden leak showing in our dining room ceiling this morning, right below our upstairs bathroom. The owner himself came out on the call, cut a small hole, advised how to fix the hole itself, solved the plumbing issue in our shower, and charged a reasonable rate, especially for a holiday weekend. And then cleaned up after himself in the bathroom. Looks like nothing happened. You're my hero, Chris!“
“Great service. Called in the morning, they were waiting for me when I got home from work. Kyle was fantastic, quick repair and explained everything that was going on. He also took a look at a repair I did and let me know that if that fails, he could fix that without a problem. I first met the son Mike at 7-11 in Newington when we just moved into town and he over heard us my wife and i talking to another guy about oil service, Mike came over and gave me a card and said, don't worry we'll take care of you and if the new house needs any service call us. It has been 15yrs and they are doing just that. If you need oil or any type of heating/cooling service stop searching and call this company. The best, The best all around. I also have to say they never tried to force us into a contract or automatic refueling like Vikings Oil did along with two other businesses. “Can’t recommend Shaffer Beacon Mechanical LLC enough!My furnace died at the worst possible time. Another company I reached out to never got back to me when I asked further questions about our setup even after they had done our recent AC work. Needless to say we will be sticking with Shaffer Beacon from here on our!We found out our unit was hooked up all wrong and Shaffer Beacon came within days to fix our situation. They give a very detailed qoute that was affordable and Brent explained every step of the process and educated us on why we needed a different furnace setup and why ours was unsafe.They showed up prompt on Monday and spent two days completely redoing our furnace setup. Everyone introduced themselves were extremely professional polite and down to earth! We were able to get a new thermostat that we can easily control from our phones! I can’t thank you all enough for making sure our family was warm and safe moving into the winter. Call them for any of your HVAC and plumbing needs“
