We purchased it years earlier and the model was no longer being sold. Margo Lipari, an extremely knowledgeable sales person, showed us other waterfall models but we didn’t really like the styles. She then offered to call the company on our behalf to see if they still make the internal valve components we would need to replace. They did and Delta mailed them to us. We set up an appointment with their plumbing service to fix the handles. We are so impressed we are planning further plumbing work in our basement. Thank you Margo! “Our basement is the main play area for our 5 year old. But it is where the furnace is, and it also has a drop ceiling and a plush carpet so it gets EXTREMELY hot. I tried dehumidifiers and fans and they did not help. There are no windows so portable A/C units are not possible. I did a ton of DIY research on mini splits and due to the head being under the compressor it was a semi complicated job for any off the shelf kit like a Mr Cool or something. I talked to two other HVAC professionals and one had no idea and the other quoted about 10 thousand for a mini split to come from the opposite side of the house than where I envisioned the unit going. I got a flyer in the mail for Valley and gave them a call. Within 5 minutes of them arriving to scope the job they completely agreed with my idea and said it made perfect sense and was an easy job. The quote came in and was absolutely fair. After years of dealing with an uncomfortable basement Valley solved it in a few hours. I could not be happier with everyone I dealt with in the office and on site. And the actual unit is of the highest quality, makes 0 noise and gets the basement cold in about 4 minutes. Easy 5/5”

I previously used another company for (2) large projects which had been an absolute nightmare. Before doing any work, Kevin at Campbell was kind enough to point out my machine was probably under warranty still and if anyone but the installing company touched it, would void my warranty and didn't even charge me a service charge to come out initially. This was my first sign this company was top notch. Eventually, I had enough and asked Campbell to take over and get my unit up and running for the summer. Kevin identified and resolved the issue (which the other unnamed company could not find) AND did it for a fair price that was literally 400% less than the other company. Price gouging is alive and well with many of these big HVAC companies; not Campbell.<br><br>It is nearly impossible to find good, honest contractors these days with a business model centered on honesty with a family-first approach. Campbell is the last of a dying breed and I look forward to using them again for my family's HVAC needs in the future. Do yourself the favor and give them a call.”
