“After having a bad experience with Mountain Valley plumbing and heating. I was referred to Eagle Mechanical . They came out the next day after contacting them. They looked at my furnace and it cost me $300 versus $13,000 that mountain Valley quoted me. I would recommend anyone to call Eagle Mechanical Inc. they have great customer service very informative, kind and respectful. I will definitely call them when I’m ready to replace my furnace but now I don’t need to.“

“I live in an apartment complex in Fort Collins. Yesterday I noticed there was some dripping coming from my water heater. I called my maintenance line and they came to disconnect the heater and let me know that it would need to be replaced. Today two men came out from Air Flow and did a wonderful job under the most difficult circumstances. The PVC pipes used for my prior water heater were old and very brittle, they broke a few times causing water to spew into my apartment. One of the technicians blocked the freezing water with his hands and body trying to stop the flow while the other ran to have maintenance turn off water for the entire building, which they should have done in the first place as all of our water lines are connected. They really went above and beyond getting the job done and making sure I would have hot water available this evening. They were patient and took their time checking to ensure that everything was running before leaving. I unfortunately did not catch their names, but their initials are B.S. and T.P. I wanted to shout out to them and say thank you again! 10/10 Wonderful job!“

“Another company had told me I needed to spend upwards of $8000 to replace my furnace. They punched a hole in my ductwork to tell me that maybe sometimes they were getting a CO2 read of ONE ppm. I called Metal Mechanics for a second opinion. They charged me half the cost for the tech visit, told me my 13 year old furnace should still be under warranty and that 50 ppm would be a concern. The tech adjusted the gas flow and replaced the filter, and told me to schedule a maintenance call in two years. He even went the extra mile and adjusted the temperature on my newly installed hot water tank after that came up in conversation. I really appreciate the customer service and honesty, and will definitley be a repeat customer! Highly recommend Metal Mechanics!!“
