Shelly was very accommodating and even though it was Christmas Eve and she had her own burst pipe, she figured out a way to get her plumber, Manny to my house that night to save Christmas! Manny was arrived exactly when they said, was very professional and did a high quality job. He took the time to explain mitigation steps to avoid a future pipe burst. “Our furnace died tonight and with a low temp of 10 degrees we were very nervous about leaving the house unattended. We called Canyon and the on call tech, Alan, called us right away. He searched their shop for a replacement part and when he couldn't find one, he continued to search for solutions and made a suggestion that worked!
