Our leak was losing hundreds of gallons of water per day and the line ran under extensive stone landscaping, large boulders, a two-car driveway and garage, and through a tiled mudroom and laundry room before reaching the house.
I spoke with several contractors before deciding, and Anthony Robbins stood out immediately. He spent about 1½ hours onsite during the initial consultation (at no cost) explaining the directional boring approach and how they could replace the line with minimal disruption.
The work was completed efficiently using horizontal directional boring, avoiding major excavation through the driveway and landscaping.
Replacing a main water service line is a significant infrastructure project for a home, and Robbins handled the planning and execution in a way that inspired confidence from the beginning. “I will definitely be using this business! We had an issue with an older faucet (which the parts were no longer being made). It sounded like it was going to be a nightmare because one plumber said they would have to replace the entire tub/faucet system until I contacted JT plumbing. When I reached out to them I got a real person not a dumb phone tree to leave a message. That is huge in todays world! They sent one of their technicians, Trey, and he was great and up front. He tried to repair it, but told us he had to order a special part to get the repair done due to the age of the faucet's age. Their team ordered it right away and sent Trey back out first thing when it came in. They also kept me updated of where the part was and when how long I had to wait. Trey came for the second time. He worked so hard and got the part replaced and fixed. I could tell he was also hurting a bit (unrelated to our job) and he worked really hard and did not make excuses. “I live in an apartment complex in Fort Collins. Yesterday I noticed there was some dripping coming from my water heater. I called my maintenance line and they came to disconnect the heater and let me know that it would need to be replaced. Today two men came out from Air Flow and did a wonderful job under the most difficult circumstances. The PVC pipes used for my prior water heater were old and very brittle, they broke a few times causing water to spew into my apartment. One of the technicians blocked the freezing water with his hands and body trying to stop the flow while the other ran to have maintenance turn off water for the entire building, which they should have done in the first place as all of our water lines are connected. They really went above and beyond getting the job done and making sure I would have hot water available this evening. They were patient and took their time checking to ensure that everything was running before leaving. I unfortunately did not catch their names, but their initials are B.S. and T.P. I wanted to shout out to them and say thank you again! 10/10 Wonderful job!“
