“I live in an apartment complex in Fort Collins. Yesterday I noticed there was some dripping coming from my water heater. I called my maintenance line and they came to disconnect the heater and let me know that it would need to be replaced. Today two men came out from Air Flow and did a wonderful job under the most difficult circumstances. The PVC pipes used for my prior water heater were old and very brittle, they broke a few times causing water to spew into my apartment. One of the technicians blocked the freezing water with his hands and body trying to stop the flow while the other ran to have maintenance turn off water for the entire building, which they should have done in the first place as all of our water lines are connected. They really went above and beyond getting the job done and making sure I would have hot water available this evening. They were patient and took their time checking to ensure that everything was running before leaving. I unfortunately did not catch their names, but their initials are B.S. and T.P. I wanted to shout out to them and say thank you again! 10/10 Wonderful job!“
“Bruce was our plumber from 2001 until we moved out of the area in 2017, and he has resolved every household plumbing issue we have come across as both renters and homeowners - toilet, bathtub, sink, garbage disposal, etc. His prices are great, his availability is great, he has a friendly, easy-going demeanor, and most importantly is full of integrity. We started out not knowing much about home maintenance, and if it was an easy fix, he would even show us how to do it ourselves in the future. “I had a major remodel done which took about 9 months (pretty good) and consisted of creating a second story on an older home. project was completed January 2022 and was pretty stressful as most projects of this magnitude can be. unlike some people in the construction business - Greg was responsible and worked with me on all I asked for and I am pleased with the final result. I waited a while to post a review as once the project was complete - it took a while to recover from all the stress. anyone who has had a major project done knows how challenging it can be. I think some of his subs were great but some were not very responsive after the completion of the project-however there have been no major issues with all the work done more than a year later.Services: Tile work installation“
