Abel addressed the issue of an old and badly rusted drain in my kitchen, gave me a quote to hook up my new sink, and did the job perfectly right there and then despite the somewhat unconventional nature of the installation. He was careful of the newly finished floors, left everything better than he found it, and I could not be happier with his work. I highly recommend 1st Action Plumbing Heating and Air, INC!

This company is amazing. My association began in August 2022 when had them install a new air conditioning unit. There were a few minor thermostat issues but they stayed on the case until the issues were resolved. In October of 2023, I had them out again because after I replaced the batteries in the thermostat, it would not reset. Again, Rob was so thorough in trying to figure out what was the crazy problem. It was finally determined that we needed to FULLY drain the battery before installing the new battery. It was just a weird fluke, but he finally figured it out.
