I live in an apartment complex in Fort Collins. Yesterday I noticed there was some dripping coming from my water heater. I called my maintenance line and they came to disconnect the heater and let me know that it would need to be replaced. Today two men came out from Air Flow and did a wonderful job under the most difficult circumstances. The PVC pipes used for my prior water heater were old and very brittle, they broke a few times causing water to spew into my apartment. One of the technicians blocked the freezing water with his hands and body trying to stop the flow while the other ran to have maintenance turn off water for the entire building, which they should have...read full review

If I could give this company 10 Stars it still wouldn't be enough!!!!! A little background first. We live in an apartment in the Lakewood area and have had a heating issue for at least the past 3 years. Since we've lived here our HVAC system has been the biggest pain in the a$$ as it would routinely go out at the start of winter and work some days and not others. Because of this, we've been told everything from the unit has a slow leak, to it just needs to be re-charged and that there was nothing wrong because it seems to be working now.
