I will definitely be using this business! We had an issue with an older faucet (which the parts were no longer being made). It sounded like it was going to be a nightmare because one plumber said they would have to replace the entire tub/faucet system until I contacted JT plumbing. When I reached out to them I got a real person not a dumb phone tree to leave a message. That is huge in todays world! They sent one of their technicians, Trey, and he was great and up front.
