Excellent friendly service. Called morning re: our non-working Modine gas garage heater, appointment same day for 1PM with Brandon, he called ahead, showed up on time, replaced circuit board, cleaned flame sensor, all in under an hour. Very reasonable cost. The heater is now working properly.

Just had a furnace stop on a holiday with sub-zero weather. Worst fear, right? Nope Just called Tri City and a few hours later, problem solved, cozy and warm once again. I've had multiple heat and A/C units installed by them and they've always been great! Local, friendly, knowledgeable, honest. What more could one want.
