Had a great experience with Tri-City for installation of a new heat pump and furnace. They were responsive and accommodating during initial estimates (Richard), the install team (Dean, Alex, & Brandon) did a great job, and when we noticed some noise from an intake duct, they quickly responded to come out and help resolve the issue (Melvin). Would highly recommend their services!
