We had a dripping sound in the wall. Found it was from the a/c unit in the attic on the weekend. Tu was our technician and proved to be a godsend. He assessed the issue, and found and fixed the problem as we have a planned trip soon. He further offered to address another situation after the trip! Tu is great!
Brandon and his team were fantastic! They were very polite, informative and hard working. We have had Tri City do all of our HVAC work since 2000. I've used Tri-city a couple of times and have had awesome service both times. Tu was my tech both times and he has always been efficient and explains everything ahead of time. I have also been pleasantly surprised how reasonable their pricing has been. I will continue to use them in the future.
