Amazing service! We have dealt with some really horrible service companies since moving here, but Eagle Mechanical was a breath of fresh air! They offered to come check out our system same day and returned to our home later in the afternoon to allow our unit to thaw out. They were very transparent and honest with us and promptly delivered service quotes. Their communication was among the best I’ve encountered and they kept us informed throughout the whole process. My AC quit working yesterday. I called Eagle Mechanical this morning. The man I talked to was very nice and polite. He offered to fit me in today. Two technicians came out, in fact I think one of them was the man I talked to on the phone. They were very kind, very honest. (I'm so sorry one of you were stung by a wasp two times while working on my air conditioner. )
The one gentleman explained to me about getting a new AC/Heat unit because ours is very old. He also explained to me about rebates and financing. No pressure.

Our thermostat was daily losing power and programming, Matt rewired the stat which corrected the problem. They also checked and cleaned our furnaces and ac units. All their work was top notch with friendly and courtesy service. I would highly recommend them for any HVAC issues.
