I had a fantastic experience today with Balance Point's new PLUMBING service!! Cody and Josh were excellent... extremely friendly, polite, skilled, efficient and made sure I understood everything before proceeding with repairs. It is a great feeling to know of such high quality and trustable heating, cooling AND plumbing services. I will will always call them and tell anyone who asks that Balance Point is outstanding!!
We had Balance Point install a heat pump/mini split system for us. They did an excellent job from start to finish and we are really happy with it so far. We have a rather funky custom home that presented some challenges, but Nick outlined a good plan that made sense and the installers, Anthony and Ryan, carried it out expertly. Thanks a lot to Balance Point!
First off I must say that as a homeowner, and Building Contractor for over 3o years, I have worked with many Subcontractors and I am extremely demanding regarding services provided.Saying that, I am pleased to say that Balance Point Heating & Air Conditioning deserves 6 Stars!!!This project consisted of the following;1. Removal of 51 year old American Standard Boiler and associated components, removal of standard water heater.2.
