I highly recommend Balance Point Heating and Air Conditioning!
After feeling uneasy about a visit from another HVAC company, I called Balance Point—and I’m so glad I did. Dave and Luke came out, and right away I could tell they were different. No runaround, no unnecessary testing or upsells. They fixed everything they could, called the manufacturer to check on warranties (and found some!), and gave me a straightforward, honest quote.
When they came back to finish the job, they were fast and efficient, and the final bill was actually $100 less than what was quoted. Who does that anymore?
They left my whole HVAC unit better than they found it, and they’ve earned my trust 100%. Balance Point is now my go-to HVAC company. Thanks again, Dave and Luke!
