Our thermostat quit working correctly after 13 years. So we called and had someone here to fix the problem in less that two days. I told them, it wasn't an emergency. The technician was professional and knowledgable. Very happy with the service and new thermostat.
Perfect Temp is the best HVAC company I have ever worked with. Working with the office is great(which is important to the customer and the technicians that work for the company!)A kind human answers the phone every time I have called over the last 3 years. They have been out to about 10 homes I help care for, for a variety of jobs. Scott and Steven have worked with us a lot and they are knowledgeable, efficient and kind.
