I called Lion Home Service to determine whether they serviced my area and were interested in the job. That call resulted in a next day on-site visit to get the details. I met with Cody, who arrived as scheduled and who spent an unhurried hour or so exchanging information and being sure he had all the details of the project. He also called his home office and linked in a manager for a three-person discussion of the project. I felt very comfortable with their understanding of the plan, timing and options. They recommended one component I had not considered and made a good case for including it. They are working on the estimate at the time of this review, but I thought it important to say I really like their knowledge, responsiveness and clear ability to accomplish what I want.“

Brenda knew how bad we needed them so she found a manager in Greeley who agreed to drive to Denver and deliver to FTC! They close at 4:30 but Brenda stayed until they arrived and we went to get them. On our way home I realized I forgot my phone so Brenda stayed until we drove back to get my phone!! Incredible customer service!!!“

The bid process was easy and Mike’s knowledge of the pros and cons of various materials was extremely helpful in deciding what to do. The crew was also very well prepared and helpful in explaining what they were doing and why. They took lots of pictures to show us progress. Best of all they found a major problem with the ductwork in our crawl space. The HVAC company had just been out for a spring check-up, but didn’t see that the main duct in the crawl space that connects to all the individual ducts in the house had fallen down about 6” and was no longer connected to any floor registers in that half of the house. We were delighted to have them fix this.\nOnly negative is that they are so busy it was hard to get on their schedule!\nJob very well done. Would highly recommend.“
