Great experience today. Excellent customer advocate and plumber Tate arrived literally the minute he said he would. Excellent start for sure... He listened to what was going on carefully and explained the costs. This number was a relief as it was probably going to be a basic line clearing at a super fair price. I agreed... no problem. He then decided the path to take and got to work right away. Crawled down into our dusty old crawlspace like it was no big deal. He inspected the area where the pipes ran beneath the house, came back up grabbed what he needed from his service truck and got to work under the kitchen sink. He needed to get down maybe 25'... and voila'... the pipe was cleared. He cleaned up and went back down to the crawlspace to verify no damage was done via the line clearing. It's been ages since a polite professional of any trade arrived and did such a thorough job. I'd recommend them (certainly Tate the plumber) for sure. Side note: The person on the phone calling after I initially submitting the request for service online was also very polite and professional. 100% quality experience today.😎
Very respectful of my home! Technician explained what he was doing. His supervisor came & they scoped the line to the end in the street & took pictures of it! They showed me the pictures. I am very pleased with the results! Thank you!
Friendly, $1200.00 cheaper than their competitors. Explain everything including City code changes (which we already knew). I totally trust them.
