“Would definitely recommend Allen & Sons. We were very impressed from the initial contact with Amanda to the professional job done by Wayne. “Austin came to do an initial assessment of why our mini-splits were not pumping cold air. He was on-time, professional, and respectful during his work. Very impressed with Moore at this point.

Follow up: Dave came and worked on the problem and resolved it. Troubleshooting took some time and ingenuity but he solved it. Can't say enough great things about Moore. I can recommend them with confidence. I wasn't disappointed.

Follow up 2: Dave came back. He helped me understand the other mini-split (new one) operated differently than our old one and took a few minutes longer to get cold. Just a difference between brands and their operation. These guys are THE BEST!“

“Heatwave installed a new furnace, central air conditioner, and ran a new refrigerant line in my home. They were very professional and really went the extra mile to help me figure what equipment would work best for me. My basement is finished and I was concerned that running a new line would cause a lot of damage. After carefully reviewing the situation, they were able to run a new line with only one small hole in my basement that was easily covered. And amazingly, they didn't need to put a hole in the side of my new house for the new line, they were able to use an existing vent in the side of my house. My new system is working great.
