“Our central AC went out right before a scorching heat of 90°+ weather here in Colorado. Addison Rayne came out and had it fixed within 4 hours—the house is cooling perfectly now!

He was super professional: replaced old pipes neatly, secured everything well, and even patched the hole where the pipes go through the inside wall.

On top of that, he saved us about couple hundred dollar by telling us a filter part replacement wasn’t actually necessary. Really appreciated his honesty.

“Originally the tech performed a preventative maintenance on our AC, furnace and mini split. While performing these the tech found a potential issue with our water heater and went above and beyond to investigate the problem.

After the service, the AC system would not work. ROX sent a tech out the next day to investigate and it was determined the original unit had malfunctioned. ROX replaced the AC unit the same week. Great service and great techs.“
