The day my husband and I got the keys to our house, our boiler went out. Not exactly what we were hoping for ? I called 5 different companies that can handle boilers, and Clayton Allen with Allen & Sons came out for the estimate. He was calm, patient and took the time to evaluate our system to see what needed to be replaced and what could be utilized with a new boiler. He was, by far, the best to work with, so we felt a lot of confidence in choosing him for our replacement. As with any construction project, there were snags along the way that they had to deal with, but they handled it and got us back in business with heat and hot water in a timely fashion. Suddenly had a “water hammer” in the pipes at my business, BURLY Brewing Company. Contacted Allen & Sons Plumbing and they had someone on site within hours to diagnose the issue.The Owner, Clayton Allen, came by later in the afternoon to explain to me why the sudden water hammer occurred, and how to handle the high pressure hoses which are now connected to this particular water line to prevent this from occurring. I truly appreciate tue personal service and attention to detail.To have had my worries allayed in such a professional and timely manner is beyond expression of gratitude and relief.
