Follow up: Dave came and worked on the problem and resolved it. Troubleshooting took some time and ingenuity but he solved it. Can't say enough great things about Moore. I can recommend them with confidence. I wasn't disappointed.
Follow up 2: Dave came back. He helped me understand the other mini-split (new one) operated differently than our old one and took a few minutes longer to get cold. Just a difference between brands and their operation. These guys are THE BEST!
