The whole house fan that came with the house we bought 30 years quit working. Apex QC responded the next day when I sent out a query and their installer made a visit within a couple of days to scope the job. The Apex QC staff were wonderful to work with and only a really minor issue on the installation date was handled well. The install crew were friendly and not only did a wonderful job taking out the old fan and patching the resulting hole over the stair well they corrected some wiring errors that the original owner had made when in stalling a fan that was way to big for the house. We now have a nice quite fan the moves the air right along and doesn't shake the house.
