“1st Choice stands by their work. I got a new cold weather heat pump last year and had the back up electric heat installed. During our fall inspection last month, the tech noted that the emergency heat was not kicking on. The new tech came out and said it was likely due to the thermostats we had not interfering with the zone system board correctly. But because they recommended the ones we currently have, they exchanged them for the new ones without charge.
At the end of the day, they got my system working and responding perfectly and it seems to be running more efficiently than previous.
It’s nice to have a company that stands by their work and doesn’t try to blame anything or someone else. If it’s not right; they will make it right and that’s why my family uses them 3x a year.”
