I had 3 separate companies come check my furnace all said I need to spend 10k replacing the furnace. Last second called heatwave and got Dimitri to come check it out. He was the first person to actually look at it as something to fix. He found gas wasn't coming through, checked my meter and it was off. Got it turned on and rechecked and guess what? It works perfectly fine! No need for a new furnace. They actually care here and saved my family money we couldn't afford. 10/10 best person and company I have worked with.

Our blower motor and wheel failed in our 13-year-old furnace. The blower wheel had seized inside the housing and wouldn’t come out. Every other HVAC company that came out barely looked at it and told me I needed to buy a new furnace and AC because the housing was no longer manufactured, and since my AC is 20 years old, they said it all needed to be replaced.
Then Dimitri came out. He took one look and said he could fix it—and he did.
