The best customer service and diagnostics
Heatwave installed a new furnace, central air conditioner, and ran a new refrigerant line in my home. They were very professional and really went the extra mile to help me figure what equipment would work best for me. My basement is finished and I was concerned that running a new line would cause a lot of damage. After carefully reviewing the situation, they were able to run a new line with only one small hole in my basement that was easily covered. And amazingly, they didn't need to put a hole in the side of my new house for the new line, they were able to use an existing vent in the side of my house. My new system is working great. Thanks to all!

I suspected low refrigerant in my AC unit, so I called to schedule an appointment.
Dimitri answered and scheduled me for that afternoon.
He text me with his ETA and arrived on time.
Within a few mins he confirmed my suspicion of low refrigerant, ran a sealant to seal a potential micro leak and added more refrigerant.
And answered all my questions in the process.
