The Patriot Pros team, from the office staff contacting us to let us know the crew was on the way to the professional staff who came to our home and repaired our leaking faucet. By the time we realized how bad the leak was, we had more water than we could handle. Anthony has assisted us before with a different water issue. Communication with Patriot Pros staff was great. This is our 3rd encounter with Patriot Pros and we highly recommend them!
Frankie Hoggard was awesome! He was professional and kind! He was very detailed at explaining the issue with our furnace to both my husband and myself. He very efficiently replaced the motor that had went out and then quadruple checked the system. He also took the time to show me some new things on the programmable thermostat that I did not previously know about! My husband signed up for quarterly service and we will request this young man every time! Thanks Frankie!
