Jared was an awesome tech! Really enjoyed him coming. He explained everything well and got us up and running. He has a good work ethic and cares about doing a good job. I would recommend him to anyone.

Yesterday at 6:00 pm, I realized my furnace was blowing cold air and the burners would not stay lit. I called the MACS operator and requested the on-call technician. Eric promptly called me back. I described the problem to him and instead of an expensive after-hours call-out, he told me that the problem was a dirty flame sensor, a very easy problem to fix. He told me exactly where it was located and what to do. It worked perfectly. Thank you very much to Eric for helping me out.

The Mountain Air team did a great job troubleshooting the issues we were having with our furnace. Eric and Jared were very knowledgeable and friendly. They were able to recommend affordable fixes to our problem. Highly recommend their services!
