I’ve used L&L Heating & Air Conditioning for several projects over the years. We recently ran into a few lingering issues and miscommunications regarding a past installation and warranty work, but after reaching out to management, the owner's son personally called me to address everything.

I received excellent service from start to end while helping my mother get a new air conditioning unit. Everyone was very professional and friendly and went out of their way to make sure it was a smooth process for her today. They stood by the price we received on the estimate with no last minute additional charges and she was very happy and satisfied. I can't say enough good things about L&L and their professional services, you can tell they really care about their customers and go out of their way to make them happy!
