Zachary D. did a fantastic job with a difficult situation. Our common plumbing between 2 condo units is joined with a “T” instead of a double “Y”. The previous plumbing company snaked from my neighbors condo kitchen sink straight up into my kitchen sink. After they were dismissed and Zachary was called in, he tried diligently to get his snake to go down the “T” instead of across. Failing that, he ran his camera to the “T” from one condo, and his snake from the other condo, while viewing the camera on his tablet. Had a residential boiler stop producing heat. Carson W. was professional and courteous. I appreciate that he was methodical and explained his findings as he troubleshot the issue. He reviewed all the system components to ensure there were no other issues. I will ask for him specifically for future boiler/plumbing needs.
