We had Adam come over for our yearly service and cleaning of our furnace. He was on time and very friendly and professional. We had new carpet in the basement and he put on booties. He showed me everything he did and pointed out a minor concern. We would highly recommend using Mt Breeze and they have very competitive prices.
We woke up very early on Thanksgiving to our furnace making a strange sound and not moving air through the system. We called Mountain Breeze at 7am and James was at our house by 7:50. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and kind, and tracked down the replacement part we needed. He also talked to us about our specific furnace and how to maintain it as well as common issues to keep an eye out for. He went to pick up the part, came back, and had the install wrapped up by 10:15am. Pricing was fair, especially considering it was a holiday. We absolutely recommend Mountain Breeze!
Called Mountain Breeze at about six a.m. on 11/26/25. They actually picked up the phone. I believe I spoke to Debbie. She was great. They were at my house in Evergreen by nine a.m. same day and fixed the problem. Rafael was also great. Courteous and knew what he was doing. I have used this company twice now and would not call anyone else.
