Dylan Wilson is such a great technician. We have a really old house and I’ve had the plumbing lines cleaned once a year for the past 4 years to avoid backups. But we are so much better off now that he was our technician. He was able to figure out where the problem was (a bottle neck in the piping design) and installed the correct configuration which is the long term solution. He also found about 20ft of a broken snake line INSIDE the line that had folded on itself three times 🤢 It had been left by a previous tech from another company and was causing back up issues! Great work. All the repairs look solid. Had 4 other plumbers I talked to that only wanted to put a bandage on the problem and not fix it. Very happy I went with you guys. Mike was a hard working professional who takes pride in his work. He made sure not only that we repaired the broken stuff but helped to prevent more problems in the future. I’ll be sure to call you guys first the next time something breaks so I can get it fixed right the first time.
Jeremy Anderson was such a pleasure to have over. Air force veteran that is really passionate about his work. Expertise in plumbing and water management within my home was spot on and was more than helpful.
Would like to also mention Tobias Welsh. Very experienced electrician - was willing to spend time with me and walk me through a few tips and tricks that would save me some money. It is because of people like Wayne and Tobias that I will continue to be a member of absolute. You truly get what you pay for. Quality - and just genuine good people.
