It’s Fourth of July weekend. My wife and I are headed out of town for her father’s funeral. We woke up the previous morning to no hot water. As a building engineer, I tried to fix it and it was toast. Martin showed up the very next day. He was kind, professional, knowledgeable, and very polite to our dogs. He knocked out the job like a boss. We rent an apartment and he treated it like his own home. We are most grateful for his help, efficiency, and character. Give this man a raise and a high five. We were thrilled with Alan! He came out to our house and diagnosed a tricky issue with our furnace and then went out of his way to come back 2 days later with a new part that needed replacement. He was friendly and clearly explained everything that was (and wasn’t) going on with our furnace. Thank you for getting us back to a comfortable temperature inside before the next arctic blast of cold!
