As a West Sacramento resident for the past 17 years, UBS Mechanical has never let us down. Since our summers can get scorching hot, and our winters extremely cold, my family relies on UBS to keep our HVAC equipment running optimally. Every year they perform a thorough inspection of the air ducts and equipment, replace all filters, and they even updated our old thermostats to 'smart' thermostats -- which helps the environment and saves us money! UBS staff are very knowledgeable and always friendly. I would absolutely recommend UBS to my friends, family, neighbors, and co-workers. You won't regret calling them.

Called UBS to reinstall our heater/A coil after some water damage. Efficient friendly and professional. Phil even followed up a week later to make sure everything still ok. What a company!
