Deal Mechanical, Inc. provides service on AC and heater units, including mini splits. One technician, Jason, has serviced mini splits for over a decade and is honest, thorough, always on time, and has a stellar work ethic. He is professional and reviews every aspect of the system afterwards. Jason showed up prepared to fix an issue and resolved it quickly, providing an amazing experience. The technician provided elite level service, took the time to do the job, and explained everything clearly. They repaired a Fujitsu Mini Split air conditioning system that other companies couldn’t fix. Jason scheduled a repair for the next day and worked all day to get the AC running, even in 102-degree heat. He was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Customers signed up for a maintenance plan to have the unit serviced twice a year. The team showed up when they said they would and delivered on the repair they promised. Customers have found their HVAC resource and will continue to use their service.
We are so impressed with the response time and service provided when our AC went out in the middle of summer. Their front desk answered the phone right away and got someone out the next day. Jason arrived right at 8am and diagnosed the issue quickly. He went to another job then came back and stayed until 7pm fixing, testing, and servicing our existing unit - he explained to us what happened so we understood what was going on. We’re very happy with the price and service we received!
