“I was snoring for years but I had no idea that I had sleep apnea. My dentist at Wilshire smile studio send me for sleep test and sure enough I had sleep apnea. After doing some research, I realized the harm that it was doing to my body. I was like wowww…….
I was given the option to see a medical doctor and get a CPAP or to get a oral appliance at Wilshire smile studio in order to open the airway so my body can get the oxygen it needs when I’m sleep.
Since I didn’t want to deal with a machine that restricts me from moving in my bed at night, I went for the oral appliance option.
Not only my snoring issue has been resolved, I don’t feel fatigue anymore. I feel a lot more energetic in life.
