The team is known for their exceptional service, always busy and working hard to make everyone happy. They are polite, courteous, and go above and beyond to ensure a great experience. The salon is clean, with the exception of the floors, which could use a deep clean. Overall, Palm Beach Tan is a great choice for those looking for a convenient and relaxing tanning experience.
I first chose PBT because it was close to my house, but I’ve stayed with them for many reasons. First and foremost the customer service. Every single staff member is kind and considerate but Austin needs a special shout out. He is a ball of sunshine. He is always happy and in a good mood (I’ll have what he’s having). He is always accommodating and remembers my likes and dislikes. It’s rare in this day and age to have an someone who seems like he truly enjoys his job. Secondly the place is spotless. From the lobby to the beds to the restroom this place is always in pristine condition. I highly recommend PBT (especially the WEHO location.)

I’ve been coming here for a little over a year now and have ALWAYS enjoyed the super friendly customer service. They always remember me by name and kindly follow up about things I’ve told them in the past. The equipment is clean, up to date, and I’ve never had a negative experience here. Great location and easy to find parking.
