“When I started coming to the Joanna Vargas spa, I was in my mid-20s & a battered woman & really felt like a shell of a person. Amalia, a tall gorgeous central asian genius, literally put her arm around me & affectionately scooped me to safety, & told me women can do anything. I love “spa therapy” because I vent, the aesthetician vents, & I felt so cared-for & nurtured.

They also had a cool red light full body bed—I’ve tried partial red light at other places, but the full body experience really puts you on another level. I’m autistic & I always consider spa/wellness experiences like this a real part of my sanity routine :) Being treated with genuine love & compassion by beautiful women, it’s just spa therapy & essential. I’m asian & that’s a big part of our culture :)

Loved coming here when it was at Sunset Tower, very fun & discreet, pink & girly but clean-aesthetic space. Can’t wait to try this location!

Bryce pulled out all the stops, fascial release, trigger points gone, just the right pressure to really get the job done. His vibe is phenomenal. He is well versed in all types of naturopathic medicines and modalities of spiritual healing. It was a truly transcendent experience. “Ok I’ve been here twice now so far and it’s by far my fav Thai massage in LA! The two male therapists I’ve had were incredible and one was named Sonny and the other is Audi! The second one I was a bit late too so he didn’t walk on my back in the beginning like the first time. However Audi did get the knots out of my back as well! A++++ I also prefer usually males bc I have some knots that females aren’t always strong enough to get out! I’m sure I he females are just as good though. :)“

I have been a patient here for a few months now as I have a degenerative disc disease in my lower back and neck that gives me quite a bit of trouble. As an Army Veteran I greatly appreciate the amazing care I have received here and would highly recommend Dr. Kyu Suh to anyone. His overall story, from South Korea to Sunset Boulevard, is an incredible testament to his devotion to family and a continuous pursuit of professional excellence.

His services are not purely acupuncture as his incredible knowledge of anatomy, various massage techniques, and inventory of specialized equipment are truly of the highest level. In all honesty I've never even asked to see the machines as I'm usually hobbling in looking ridiculous; I'm just there for relief and trust the man to do the job, and he delivers in spades. The facility is always clean, and the individual treatment rooms are comfortable to be in (not to small).
