Richards Rooter and Plumbing
“Nothing like a plumbing emergency to see how company really responds! One morning after showering, the water would not turn off. Every minute gallons water were pouring down the drain. And it was the weekend. I frantically Googled for an emergency plumber. The first number I called gave me recording telling me to call back during a week day. My second call was to Richards, who picked up right away, and told me they could be there in 20 minutes. I didn't believe it, but asked them to come. To my surprise, 20 minutes later Richard himself is at my door, and got right to it. I don't know how he repaired a shower pouring water, but he did. I held my breath and asked how much it would be, and to my amazement it was a completely fair, and reasonable amount.
I was so prepared to be ripped off and end up upset at the whole thing, but the opposite happened. I was grateful it was Richard who came, and so happy I now have a plumber I trust that I can call. And wouldn't you know it, 2 weeks later I had another issue in a different bathroom, and Richard came and fixed it, and charged me reasonably. Richards Rooter and Plumbing is the only number you need. Call him. You'll be glad you did.”
